Welcome to iFi Audio! We are an electronics dealer located in the United
States specializing in high quality Chinese made audio products. Established
in early 2006, iFi Audio was aimed toward audio enthusiasts who had an
increasing interest in the Zhaolu DAC products by establishing a presence in
the US for customers. As audio enthusiasts ourselves, we want to assure
satisfaction to our buyers. We offer a 15 day return policy on any defects, and an 1 year
manufacturer warranty on units purchased through iFi Audio. To better serve the
North America market, iFi Audio will only ship units to locations within the
US and Canada. (Extra shipping costs will apply for orders to Hawaii,
Alaska and Canada).
In terms of custom upgrades, iFi Audio does not offer any type of third
party customized modifications. However, we are planning to expand the
current product lines in the future, including customer installed factory
upgrade modules as well as products from additional brands. |
